• Newly constructed tiny house with outdoor seating areas and fire pit, barbeque, fully stocked kitchenette and Smart TV. Bedroom 1 has full size mattress and 2nd bedroom consists of 2 bunkbeds measuring approx. 30x70.
Tiny house uses treated well water.
• Pond w/beach access, waterslide & fishing
• Kids beach and water toys, kayak & paddle boat available
• Cleaning Supplies available
• High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant

This place was straight up magical. Dave was super easy to communicate with. The property was absolutely fantastic and beautifully maintained. We cooked over the fire pit, we played all day in the pond, we went fishing, and we had it all to ourselves. Excellent excellent stay, would definitely recommend and would also stay there again.

Love this place! The scenery was beautiful and eye catching. I loved driving into this estate. It’s so serene. Truly a hidden gem. First time in a tiny home and I had a blast. Has everything you need and more. David was very nice and accommodating. Great communication with me the entire time. Went especially out of his way to help my with an internet issue.
