Most recognized as the home of Clemson University, Much of the area’s historical sites, outdoor recreational sites and events are found within the campus borders so make sure to spend a day on campus discovering the amazing sights it has to offer.

• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine

Needs: blankets for beds, a closet or someplace to hang clothes, working coffee maker, full length mirror and more prompt response regarding issues.
