Stay close to it all! This comfortable, no fuss 3-bedroom, 2-bath basement apartment has a private entrance, cozy outdoor patio with string lights, and plenty of room for your group. Just minutes from Clemson University and Death Valley and in the same square as a wonderful Mexican restaurant (El Jimador) it’s the perfect spot for families, sports fans, or anyone visiting the area. Combines simplicity, comfort, and an unbeatable location.
This apartment is designed to keep things simple, functional, and comfortable:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed w/ private bathroom and Roku TV
Bedroom 2 & 3: Full beds w/ Roku TV (Bedroom 3 connects to bathroom that opens to living room)
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are full baths stocked with essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels)
Living space: Relaxed seating area, ideal for downtime. Couch and recliner with a 55" Roku TV
Kitchen: Fully functional for everyday cooking w/ 4 person dining room and barstools for two
Step outside to a patio with seating and string lights—a cozy spot to unwind after a full day.

Guests have a private entrance and full access to the basement apartment and their area of the patio. (There is another apartment that has another section of the patio outside the unit)
There is lots of parking at the street level and brick stairs that lead down to the apartment. Additionally, you could drive around the back and park down next to the apartment if desired.

This is a great location for visiting Clemson! Apartment is small, but it was very clean and well-stocked. Parking is easy, especially if you drive around to the back. Common area is small, but we were not in the apartment much to sit and watch tv. El Jimador (restaurant in same parking lot) is very good and so convenient! Russell is easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions.
