2-bedroom renovated apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people! High floor with magnificent sunsets from the living space and balcony!
Located on the 7th floor of the Malinka residence, this 2-room apartment is very close to the underground parking, facing due west and ski departure/arrival at your feet is very easy.
- The entrance opens onto a small bedroom with a window on the left. Storage and 2 bunk beds
- In the hallway you will find an independent toilet then a bathroom with bathtub
- The living space consists of a dining area with table and chairs for 4, an equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a convertible sofa bed (160x190) as well as an HD TV.
- Beautiful clear view of the Zore ridges and the Proclou sector from a pleasant balcony.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the parking and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, stores & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the station reception)
For any request, don't hesitate to ask us! End-of-stay cleaning, sheets & towels are included in the cleaning and laundry package.

For a short (or long) ski break this apartment is ideal and I would recommend highly.
It is very well maintained and located and the communication from the hosts (Johann & Lucie) was excellent.
Hopefully will visit again next year!

Une vue magnifique, avec cette semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité des couchers de soleil ! L’appartement est très bien équipé, nous avons dormi comme des bébés.
