There are pros and cons. Pros first; location to shops and beach is convenient. Dishes, pans and cutlery and cooking tools all on point with nice things. The yard space is really lovely, although could really use grass seeds and watering. Property owners were near by tending to other units and also lovely.
Now the cons; the house needs a deep cleaning. A carpenter to tend to stairs, there is much to be corrected there. Also house needs double or triple the amount of towel’s provided even with washer and dryer there are not enough. Screen door upstairs is useless so no fresh air option in that room. Holes on screen door down stairs. Also holes in window screen in living room. The neighborhood looks to be sketchy after dark.
All that being said. I would stay here again in hopes that it’ll be cleaner next time.
