The huge back yard is perfect for some family games, a relaxing glass of wine, a morning cup of coffee, or a family BBQ on our charcoal grill! You'll be joined by hundreds of bright green Florida parrots flying around the neighborhood! Need to work while you're away? Take advantage of our workspace in the second bedroom!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had plenty of room to hang out in and loved having so much storage to keep the house neat. My husband enjoyed playing Pac-Man again. The location is good for getting to stores, restaurants, and the beaches. Liked having a garage to use.

I was initially unsure of booking a house in an area that I am unfamiliar with but this was a great quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect for those with teens with the pool table and arcade shed. Bonus for those who run/bike, the 45 mile long bike trail is literally behind the gate in the backyard which was a plus in my book. There are beach chairs/unbrellas to use at the beach which is a nice touch.

I have stayed many places over the years and this place was incredibly affordable, had more sleeping spaces than described and plenty to do inside for family fun!
I HIGHLY recommend this property for the price and space. Near running trails and beach, in between Tampa and Clearwater so car rental is likely necessary for those desiring to venture out.

This a wonderful, spacious, clean home in a nice neighborhood. The game room and pool table are wonderful and all ages enjoyed it.
