About this apartment rental
We have a great view of the Gulf of Mexico With easy access to the beach and heated pool. Full laundry and the kitchen is equipped for family meals. There is a free trolley that runs the length of the island and it stops right out front.

The City of Holmes Beach has established a noise ordinance to "protect the rights of citizens to enjoy a peaceful, quiet environment."
The ordinance applies to all places of business, public and private property, and other areas in the city. No person shall cause, suffer, allow, or permit any unreasonable noise that is audible beyond the boundaries of their property without the express written consent of the owner or occupier of the affected properties.
Noise is defined as any sound which is audible beyond the boundaries of the property producing the sound. Unreasonable noise is defined as any sound that is loud, raucous, jarring, or shrill enough to disturb the peace and quiet of any person or persons in the vicinity. The following activities are prohibited: -Loud music, including amplified musical instruments, musical instruments, radios, televisions, or other sound equipment. -Loud and unnecessary vehicle noises, such as loud engine revving, honking of horns, loud exhaust systems, and screeching tires. -Loud shouting, yelling, or screaming. -The use of loudspeakers or other sound equipment for commercial advertising.

Thank you our family had a really great time! We loved the beach, crystal clear water, we loved the condo. It had everything we needed. We would love to do it again next year and didn't want to leave.

The view from this Property is extraordinary. The property grounds are very well maintained. The unit is eclectic and comfortable. Everyone in my group slept well on the mattresses and with the pillows provided. Overall our trip was relaxing. I can’t wait to come back next year!

It was amazing! It was quiet, peaceful and our beach was steps away and it was so private! The pool was refreshing at the end of our beach day! Rick was a great and reliable host! To have our coffee each morning from our porch as we heard the beach waves and the beach view we were thrilled and extremely grateful and happy! Difficult to leave but we know we will come back to the same beautiful place!
