Excellent location!

The property is in a great location with 50 yards to a great beach and blocks away from public shopping. It’s very quiet area at night with no loud music or noise to sit outside. The apartment was in great shape with a full size kitchen for cooking and dining with plenty of cookware and dish ware. The pictures on the internet are accurate.Received text and email communications from the host for access and updates. We did have a problem with internet connection as we were given the wrong password and it took half the day to get corrected.I will say that when we arrived it was 94% clean as I had to clean the top and side of the refrigerator floor covered in dust and dirt. I also found a small table fan in the bedroom that was white but was caked in dirt. I had to scrub the clothes washer and clean the dryer vent as it looked like it wasn’t touched in a while too. Scrubbed the grill to cookout but to no avail. While we did enjoy the apartment, the beach and location there was one problem which diverted us from a complete relaxing time & sleep. You can hear every footstep from the apartment above and it didn’t allow us to sleep, so you can say we enjoyed 2/3rds of our time at this apartment.
