Ideal holiday apartment in the popular Locrimar V urbanisation of Nueva Andalucia. The ground floor unit is west facing, enjoys sun all afternoon, and is comfortably furnished. Locrimar V is just 5 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banús and less than 2km walk from the beach!

The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe space, and has access to the guest bathroom with bath/shower. The master bedroom has a large double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have direct access onto the terrace, which runs the width of the apartment.
The apartment has centralised A/C (hot and cold) in all rooms, and strong fibre optic WiFi (100mbps).
Included in the rental of the property is access to a covered private parking space inside the urbanisation, and the 2 communal swimming pools (seasonal availability).
This property is perfect for families and sensible groups. Parties and Stag and Hen groups are not accepted.
