Our family had a wonderful 10 day stay. It was a lovely big apartment with wonderful pools and easy walking distance to beaches. Manuel was very helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a really lovely visit.

Great apt, kitted out well, iron, hairdryer etc. Bbq on the roof terrace. 6 pools to choose ftom. We had a car and this is a great place to explore from. It's 2 minutes to cala egos small resort and 5 minutes walk to the marina. Manuel is a great host and is easily reached.

Stayed here with my family for 9 nights in September. Manuel, the owner could not have been more helpful. Reliable and honest gentleman who went out of his way to ensure a trouble free stay. We saw some spectacular sunsets from the roof terrace and enjoyed the privacy of this and the other terraces eating outside every day. The central location and proximity to both the harbour and the beach made this a very relaxing holiday indeed. There were never more than three people in any of the seven pools when we were there. We were told by residents that the pools were never crowded, even in the height of summer. The apartments have all modern conveniences and a tumble dryer was a real bonus for us. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and if you are nervous about renting from a private individual I can assure you that the owner Manuel is completely trustworthy. Everything he said he would do he did and the communication was straightforward and excellent.
