The apartment is centrally located and was very clean. It’s walking distance to shops. The hosts are lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge also very comfortable. Definitely consider staying here.

My partner had just undergone surgery and we needed a place in Sydney to stay for a week whilst he recuperated. I messaged Brad to see if his place would be appropriate and he was exceptionally helpful, mentioning things that he thought would be both good and bad about the property.
The place is a one bedroom apartment with a very comfortable couch, cooking facilities, washer/dryer and all the other things you need. A surprising plus was the amazing roof terrace which had such great views that my partner made the effort to sit up there when he was able to move, and we are dinner up there a few nights.
The place is literally a five minute walk to the Top Ryde shopping centre (or a 3 minute drive), and there's some decent restaurants nearby.
Overall this was a brilliant place for us to stay and Brad was amazingly helpful and very communicative.

The apartment was very clean, and the host replied when needed. Next to a busy road, so you can always hear traffic but otherwise very nice and close to shops for all needs.
