Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.
Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location

The property description is very accurate, and the Agent's personnel were well informed, polite and very helpful. It may help some prospective clients to know that the unit is located on the 2nd level and access is via 4 flights of stairs.
We chose Ryde as we needed to visit friends/family on the Northshore as well as some on the southside.

Stayed whilst visiting family in the area. Perfect location right near shops, supermarket and bus stops. Apartment is spacious and has all the amenities any home would have. As previously mentioned in another review, the shower screen door leaks, just needs resealing but floor can get quite wet. Would absolutely recommend this place and definitely stay again.

This property was perfectly located for our stay in Sydney to visit family. Only a 5 minute walk to Top Ryde Shopping centre as well which was invaluable to us as a young family. The only negative for us was the neighbour underneath us complained about how much noise our children (4 & 1) were making. Our children are by no means excessively noisey and while we did our best to keep the noise down, I wasn’t able to totally relax for the rest of the visit.
Perhaps people with very young children might think twice about staying here.
Great apartment, Great location. Will definitely recommend to others.
