Property is a 4 Unit Mixed Use Property. You have most of the time non occupied Office Space next door and 2 neighbors Upstairs. Apartments Above are Occupied. Property is Located close to 95th st which is a busy road but away from the Street towards the residential area and we had no complains of noise and even comments that it was surprisingly quiet for a busy location. Very walkable location. Short driving distance to I-294 and I-55 highways, transportation (Metra Stations) , Palos Heights, Christ Oak Lawn, Little Company of Mary, La Grange, Hinsdale, Loyola hospitals, Chicago Ridge, Oak Brook, Orland Park, Evergreen Park shopping centers, movie theaters, numerous restaurants, several golf courses, biking paths, Lemont Quarry Adventure Park, movie theaters. About 25 min from O’Hare Airport and 15 min from Midway Airport. About 2 min from 294 /95th St highway ramp.

Perfect.for a short stay

My second time staying at this property, great location. Parking right in front. Owner quick to respond to messages, only downfall this time were the upstairs tenants were loud other than that I would definitely return back

A few cautions about this property. Although the listing states 'air conditioning', there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. There is a wall unit in the living room, but it did not cool the bedroom. There is no dresser to put clothes in. The only option is the closet, but it does not have shelves.
On our visit the front door was broken, which made entry difficult and therefore worrisome if we were not able to get in late at night. The owner did offer to send someone to fix the door which we declined.
