Morawelon is a beautifully renovated single-storey holiday home, perfect for beach lovers and families with toddlers or guests who have difficulty with stairs. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is luminous with stripped wood flooring and patio doors, creating a bright and airy space. The dining area features full-length glass doors that frame the stunning sea views and lead out to a decked terrace and small lawned garden. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats six guests, and the kitchen has plenty of space to share cooking chores with friends and family. A large island doubles up as a breakfast bar.
Morawelon has three bedrooms ideally set up for families. The en-suite master bedroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a bunk room and a twin bedroom, both with a Smart TV. The bunk and twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, sink, and toilet. Guests also have access to a handy utility room for washing clothes and organising bathing gear and wet towels.
The property features a decked terrace and a small lawned garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air and beautiful views. Driveway parking for two cars is available at the front of the accommodation.
The Neighborhood:
Rhosneigr (said: ROSS-nigh-ger) is one of the most dog-friendly villages on Anglesey. It's a foodie haven, a watersports mecca, and somehow packs bars, restaurants, independent shops and golden beaches into one small stretch of coastline curving round the village. Whether you're a couple, a family three generations deep, or bringing a dog who's never seen so much sand, it works.
It's on the pricier side, but one visit shows why. Two stunning beaches wrap the village, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, the surf's some of the best on the Island, and the food punches well above its weight. Mornings belong to the water, with Funsport or Gecko Surf on the seafront covering surfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding for all ages. Evenings bring cocktails, fresh food at the Blue Olive, or the Sandy Mount House or fish and chips from Scarletts on the high street, eaten on the beach or back at the house.
Getting Around:
Rhosneigr is best explored by car, with free parking available at the property and throughout the village. The nearest train station, just 5 minutes away at Ty Croes, connects you to Holyhead and Bangor

Property was very clean and tidy with good facilities. The location was excellent with sea views and very short walk to the beach, although there is a large step down which less mobile may find difficult. Both showers were good and heating too. A couple of things that we found not so good were that sofas were a bit low for us and not very comfortable. One of the big issues is the positioning of the Microwave which we found to be very difficult to use especially when getting hot dishes out, felt quite unsafe to be honest. Another thing was in the garden. Our daughter visited and her small dog got through the hedge at the rear and ended up in another road which could have been a problem luckily we were able to catch him. If you do have a dog be aware
Although there were some complimentary items it would have been nice to have had a couple of washing machine tablets, some cleaning products also to help keep the property clean. If we had known we could had took some with us instead of having to buy them all there. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a lovely holiday. I don't want this review to be negative as the items noted are constructive criticism.

Our third stay at Morawelon and where we now call our ‘ Happy Place’.
Its location is perfect whatever the weather due to the position near the beach and view from sitting area.
Ideal for anyone with reduced mobility with just the one step at entrance door and spacious living area.
Kitchen has everything required for self catering, alternatively good choice of restaurants and takeaways in walking distance. Perfect.

The bungalow was very clean and smelt lovely when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable but the quilt didn’t fit the quilt cover in the double room. The en suite shower needs some attention around the bottom tiles. There should also be some USB sockets. Overall we loved our visit, to be that near to the sea and beach was wonderful

Booking process was excellent, staff at AHL were friendly and knowledgeable. House was lovely, spotlessly clean, nicely presented and location (just on the beach) was perfect. Will be looking to re-book!
