Cute cottage-style house, all renovated, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, 20 minutes from Montréal. With a small view on the Richelieu river and close to the mountain of Mont St-Hilaire. Ideal for a couple or single person with a child or teenager. Discount for 31 days and more.

Electric heating and wall-mounted heat pump for cooling and heating down to -20 degrees. Hardwood floors. Large bathroom with glass shower and washer/dryer entry. Outdoor terrace and BBQ. Parking with capacity for 2 cars. Very bright and easy to heat home.

My son and I were in town for the Formula 1 race and stayed here. It was super easy to get from here to the track in Montreal, and the area around the house is beautiful. Claudine was very responsive to all my questions and helped us with things to do and places to go in our down time.
