This unique red brick house is right in the earth of Vieux Beloeil, within walking distance of all the restaurants, bars, cafes, riverfront...
You’ll love the view of Mont Saint-Hilaire and the Richelieu river. It has high ceiling, huge rooms, in a beautiful setting facing the river, with large porch around the house and private backyard with a firepit. It is perfect for big families with kids, family reunions, groups, corporate and leisure retreats, business travellers... Nearby are tons of restaurant options, a marina, cafés, historic church, riverfront boardwalk, and much more to discover!
35 minutes from downtown Montreal.
Grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, gas station, convenience store are all nearby within a 5 minute drive.
I have a small unit on the property (mostly used as office/storage), in a completely independant unit on the opposite side of the house. I do not share any areas with guests, and only interact upon request. I believe in letting guests have total privacy during their stay, but will be happy to come chat if asked or to bring around anything you need that could be missing :-)

We only stayed for two nights, but we loved every bit of our time here! Martin’s home is fantastic - it has so much character and is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed drinks and dinner at some very cute restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this rental home; and bring all your friends and family because it’s huge! We will be back.

The house and Beloeil were marvelous. We enjoyed the view from the house as well as walking around the village. The host quickly answered all our questions.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is large with 8 bedrooms and many bathrooms. Note that many of the bathrooms are very small. The issues we had were in the description it says "air conditioning" but there are only a few window air conditioners on the second floor but not in all rooms. The first floor has no air conditioning. It was extremely hot and muggy when we got there. The landlord got us four fans pretty quickly, which helped, but it wasn't air conditioning. The other issue was the entry way to the house. We had a handicapped person with us and the rest of us were all 70 years old. The steps for every entrance were messy and high and there was no railing at the side main entrance. Also, there is a first floor bedroom but it is rather small and the bathroom on the first floor is all the way on the other side of the house from the bedroom. This only matters if you have someone with physical limitations. I liked the neighborhood and the historical character of the house. The front porch was lovely to sit on. This would be a lovely house for many groups.
