About this house rental
Spacious 1800 sq ft townhouse 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.
THE SPACE
The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 55" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 6 plus seating at the bar, while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal.
BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens. Also a double-double guest room with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor is Queen room with en-suite shower room. The townhouse also has a small garage (too small for larger vehicles) where you will find full size laundry equipment, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away. Parking is on the driveway only, with additional, free parking available just a few yards away.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.
LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

Check in process was easy, host gave gave great details of where things were at of the condo. Place was great, very convenient to local shops like publix & walgreens to grab necessities. Amenities like pool & hot tub were nice. Overall we had a wondeful stay! Thank you!

Stayed only two nights but we were able to utilize the pool once we found it. One pool is under construction and the other pool was difficult to find despite having map and asking staff for directions. Home was lovely, area was super quiet. When we left the door automatically changed codes and we were unable to access the property at 9:36 am realized we had a pool towel in vehicle so we had to place it at the front door. Not sure why door code changed since checkout wasn’t until 10:00 am. Overall very nice place and conveniently located.

My wife and I treated our nephew to a 4-day vacation in Orlando and at Universal and this property was absolutely ideal. The three-floor setup provided tons of privacy to all of us inside AND plenty of common area of course as well. The entire community was very quiet and the on-site amenities were just as fantastic...I only wish we had more time to experience them all!
You will not be disappointed by the property, the engagement with the host, and the convenience to anything and everything around Universal. And the new Epic Universe park is opening in 2025 basically across the street so make your plans early as this will surely be quite popular!

Yes they did. But couldn't accommodate baggage storage for a family of 6 with alot of bags coming from a cruise even though there was a full garage available.Clubhouse suggested the ups to store these but it was closed when we got there so had to walk back 20 mins with luggage Lacking amenities ie.1 of the 3 washroom had no soap or shampoo, the ground floor shower was leaking.No ice in the ice maker took 24hrs to get any.Towels are old and like sandpaper after one use.Living couches really uncomfortable to relax on .No coffee available when it a night or 2 stay this is something that should be made available.
