About this house rental
Be our guest, be our guest, put our accommodations to your test at our luxurious 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath town home. It will feel like your home away from home. Features of our town home include 2 Master Suites with king beds and brand new cool sleep mattresses (as of 1/23), a safe, 26 Inch LCD TVs and 1 Master Suite with full beds no small twins and 20 Inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Our living room provides an entertainment center including a 55 inch LCD Sony TV with DVD/VCR, and wireless internet access throughout the home. The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. All suite bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Our town home is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Going on vacation with family or friends? We have another town home right next door with the same deluxe accommodations.

Overall, we loved the unit, the location, the ease of access, and communication with the host. The pool had entertainment and a great outdoor bar with a small food menu…it was so convenient! Given the number of people the unit can accommodate, we were surprised by the lack of kitchen supplies (few glasses, no towels, no cookie sheet, etc). However, we made it work. One bedroom (double beds) needed some dusting and cleaning.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. We absolutely loved the bedroom setup(2 masters, one on first floor, other on 3rd floor, and 3rd room with 2 full beds) great for an adult family of 7. Three and 1/2 bathrooms are amazing! Location could not be beat! So many things in walking distance or short Uber or Lyft rides. Always something to do for those who want to stay busy. There is a brewery just steps outside the gate, as well as a pizza place, great coffee/breakfast place,cupcake shop, and Walgreens. Also Publix, Chick-fil-A , 7-11, Diner, and much more are a simple walk away.Very close to Epic, Universal Parks, Icon Park,Pointe Orlando( there is a really fun golf simulation place there-family owned-we had such a good time there). Quiet and relaxing for those who do not want to be as busy. The pool was amazing! The beds were all very comfortable. Owner and resort maintenance are quick to respond if there are any issues. Because of the sudden rise in temperature the air conditioning was not cooling off as well as we wanted. They quickly responded and came over, restarted it and lowered the temperature to be absolutely amazing and cool in the house for the rest of the week.

There were shops nearby. The master upstairs had dried blood on the pillow cases. I texted the property manager twice and they never replied. Very disappointing. The owner was responsive, but lived out of state and was not able to help. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor-not convenient for traveling with older family members. Won’t return to this specific property.
