'WE NOW HAVE OPTIONS FOR BEDS, WE HAVE INSTALLED NEW BEDDING IN BOTH BEDROOMS SO YOU CAN HAVE A KING BED IN YOUR ROOM OR 2 XL TWINS IN YOUR ROOM. Beautiful small home totally renovated in 2022 built in 1935. Beautiful views of Brest Bay on Lake Erie. Private neighborhood. Walk a few blocks to the beach. Walk across the street and go fishing. Relax out on the deck or on the porches. Sterling State park just a few minutes away. Local fishing charters. And ice fishing & hunting in the winter.
If you are a pet owner, pets are not to be left alone in the house.
Fishermen & women, if you want to dock your boat daily or weekly their are 2 different marines close by you can call. Of course you can always park the boat at our rental.

We truly never wanted to leave.The owners are fantastic and the house is absolutely gorgeous. We saw the nost amazing sunrise while we were there. My cousin is still talking about it.If you are looking, definitely rent it, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property in a great location! By far my favorite property I've stayed at in the area so far! The home was conveniently located to restaurants and the water with a lot of offerings for entertainment near by. The host went above and beyond with small details to really make this feel like home away from home!! I highly recommend it!

House was tastefully decorated and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. 2 of our guest had to cancel at the last minute so it was just my spouse and I. Only negative - bring your own shower gel/soap. Would book again!

Pictures did not do justice, what a beautiful place. Close enough to Detroit and Toledo. Lake was just across the street and had a great view. Host was quick to reply to any questions. Beds were comfortable and place was neat and clean. Thank you Carolyn for allowing us to stay at your property.

Property as described, communication and process was easy,the property is well cared for. House has fantastic sunrise views from the living area/ porch. Very spacious and has plenty of dishes/ pans for food prep with a nice gas stove and dishwasher. Neighborhood has a mix of homes in various conditions I didn't want to rate it but was forced to in the review so I gave neighborhood a honest 3.5 however this isn't any reflection on a well cared for rental home f our stay. The neighborhood had many walkers, golf carts and families ...was quite during our stay.

This house was so cute and cozy. Remodeled so nicely, huge windows, view of lake, great neighborhood. Communication with the host was fast and easy and they were extremely accommodating to our circumstances. Location is close to town and major stores. Some cute local places nearby for pizza and coffee. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved our stay, even though it was winter and not all of the amenities were able to be used. The home of comfy, and clean. Loved the shower in the master bath. Want to come back once it’s nice outside to take in more views of Lake Erie.
