Clean, good location and staff were helpful. All we needed for our one night in Rome.
Even though there is a lift, there are stairs to get to the lift and when you get out. Not ideal with big heavy suitcases but we managed.

The location was near by the train station. The “owner” answered when I phoned her. The AC was fantastic. Everything was extremely clean and the place and area was very secure. There was a supermarket and good priced cafeterias around for breakfast.
I believe it is overpriced for the quality of the place and the dimensions. The bath was tiny and the room as well. We had to wait because the room was not ready and we were not offered any kind of compensation ( late check out or discount). The elevator was very dirty and the building in general needs a glow up.
