Certainly a value for money establishment. Great location right next to a metro station directly connected to the center of the city. A lot of buses nearby as well. Cafes, grocery stores and other amenities at walking distance. Room seemed recently rennovated, bed was great, shower was comfortable.

The property could be way better with a few fixes. The terrace is basically unusable. In the two weeks I stayed, my room was only cleaned once (including getting fresh towels and toiler paper), despite the fact that I requested a second cleaning. The front door is loud, and would wake me up when people came and go very early/late. I wrote to the owner about this issue, but then looked at other reviews and realised it's been happening since at least March and they havent bothered to fix it. There are ants in the room, so you can't leave any food unattented. There was no fridge, which made my long term stay way more difficult. The door of the room let light from the corridor in, and wouldn't lock properly.

O acesso aos códigos de entrada, devem estar mais perceptiveis de adquirir. Todavia, tudo se resolveu no momento de entrar no edifício, com um telefonema. A janela/porta de acesso ao terraço, tinha o fecho avariado. Não permitia o fecho efectivo, originando alguma sensação de insegurança.

La stanza era umidissima: anche accendendo il deumidificatore o la ventola, era davvero qualcosa di assurdo. I nostri vestiti erano sempre bagnati e le asciugamani, anche se stese, rimanevano zuppe. Questa umidità creava anche un odore piuttosto sgradevole. I muri e le tende erano sporchi, e le pulizie fatte approssimativamente.
