Ribeira Charming Apartment

The location was great, amenities were good, bed was comfortable. Had a fun time watching the streets below.

The loft got very hot and the small fan did not really do anything. There was an issue with the toilet the last couple days of our stay, the bowl did not fill up with water very fast so could only flush the toilet 1 time an hour, there was only coffee for 2 days and I could not find a store that carried that type of coffee pod. The lights in the building did not turn of when you stepped out of unit, you had to walk to elevator in the dark. The light on the main floor turned off very fast and due to the extremely slow elevator you stood in the dark for a long time.

Clean and silent even if in a busy street.

У цілому апартаменти нам сподобалися. Великим плюсом є їхнє розташування — у самому історичному центрі міста, у пішій доступності від основних пам’яток, ресторанів та магазинів. В апартаментах було дуже чисто, а простору цілком достатньо для комфортного перебування. Окремо хочеться відзначити роботу менеджера Лари. Вона постійно була на зв’язку, цікавилася нашим перебуванням, оперативно реагувала на всі запитання та потреби й допомагала вирішувати будь-які питання. Така увага до гостей зробила проживання ще більш комфортним.

Із недоліків можу відзначити те, що інколи відчувався легкий запах каналізації, хоча він не був критичним і не створював значного дискомфорту. Також варто врахувати, що апартаменти розташовані на четвертому поверсі, а ліфт працює досить повільно. Якщо вам важливо швидко підніматися або спускатися, це може бути певною незручністю.

The location was perfect. Enjoyed the views of our top floor apartment. Very comfortable and well appointed. Grateful for the elevator too!

Arriving at at check-in time and waiting for an hour and a half for anyone to respond to our messages.
