The pictures of the apartment and exposed brick draw you in since it looks cool but the price is way to high for what yo
Location was good
1. 70 euro cleaning fee but you still have to take out and separate all your own garbage 2. Smell of mould and mildew likely from the bricks and lack of windows 3. Oven doesn’t work 4. Stove works only on the back burner front takes forever 5. Bed is horrible and rock hard 6. They charge for towels and linens 7. Wifi only reaches living room and kitchen 8. Mould in shower 9. They ask for a 150 euro cash deposit and for you to print a “holiday world” form but they don’t take it so you can forget that 10. No complimentary soap for the shower 11. Too expensive for what you get.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war insgesamt sehr angenehm und komfortabel. Die Räumlichkeiten selbst waren makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sensationelle Lage: Mitten im Herzen der Stadt, umgeben von einer Vielzahl hervorragender Restaurants und Cafés, lässt sich alles Wichtige in kürzester Zeit bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps zu nahegelegenen Parkmöglichkeiten und stand jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite. Für Unterhaltung sorgte ein moderner Smart-TV, und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Badezimmertür: Ich konnte sie leider erst schließen, indem ich sie verriegelte. Das war jedoch nur eine kleine Unannehmlichkeit, die unser positives Fazit nicht trübte.
Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die etwas feuchten Wände, wodurch ein leichter Schimmelgeruch wahrnehmbar war. Dies hat jedoch den positiven Gesamteindruck kaum gemindert und sollte leicht zu beheben sein. Zwar fehlte in der Wohnung eine Kaffeemaschine, was uns aber kaum störte, da sich nur eine Minute entfernt ein charmantes Café befindet, das köstlichen Kaffee und frische Croissants zum Mitnehmen zu äußerst günstigen Preisen anbietet.

Posizione perfetta!
La posizione della casa è centrale e perfetta a tutto ciò che volevamo fosse vicino e che ci interessava visitare. La casa è molto particolare: l’unica pecca è che non ha punti luce e in stanza da letto non prende la wi-fi. Forse una macchinetta del caffè con cialde sarebbe stata apprezzata. L’host è stata davvero molto gentile a lasciarci la casa per deposito bagagli oltre l’orario di check out.
