the property was as described, very comfortable and fully equipped for all needs. Very clean and modern.
I prefer self catering accommodation and rely heavily on reviews to ensure a positive and comfortable stay.
However I felt a lack of personal interaction given that previous reviews the owners made themselves available to the guests and the only contact I had through messages on Booking,Com
I had issues using the bath and messaged the owners with these concerns and I made suggestions as to how this could be addressed for someone with mobility issues. was informed that the owner would come down and let us explain this never happened and do feel very let down by how this was left.
