National Harbor Suite 3

The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for our trip since we were attending an event at the Gaylord Conference Center. It was an easy walk from the back of the property, and the host provided clear, easy-to-follow directions that made getting there a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. We also appreciated having a full-size refrigerator, which was much more convenient than the small hotel-style fridges. The microwave and coffee maker were thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the linens were spotless and looked brand new. Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

The unit was generally very clean, but the area rugs could use a deep cleaning or perhaps be replaced, as they were the one thing that stood out during our stay. I also think adding a curtain or window covering to the glass in the door would be a great improvement. It would provide a little more privacy and security while also helping block outside lights and early morning sunlight for a better night's sleep. One other small suggestion would be to tidy up the back of the property a bit. There was some clutter in that area, and a little organizing would make the walk to and from the unit feel even more welcoming. The inside of the unit was much tidier, so refreshing the outdoor space would help create an equally positive first impression.

Clean, very well maintained, updated facilities, really good and helpful owner. Room had everything: fridge, microwave, coffee, etc... Nothing missing.

The location was about 10 minutes away from the convention center and it was relatively easy to commute to my stay. The size of the stay is just right for what I needed.

Wish the top part of the door had a privacy film; not a deal breaker just something to note for any females traveling alone.
