The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent if you need to be close to the Gaylord Convention Center. The owner, Parhat, was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

This is a really nice place a 5 minute walk from the Gaylord Convention Center (do not pay attention to map apps - there is a private gated exit that takes you right to the convention center). Super clean, plenty of space, firm but very comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom, super quiet property. The property owner was super responsive and downfall. The only downside was the listing accuracy. A kitchen is listed in one place, but that is inaccurate. Separately, it says there is a kitchenette with only a fridge, microwave and Keurig. That is precisely what it is (no stove, no hotplate, no pots and pans). As long as you know this is an efficiency apartment with only those items, you will not be disappointed. Excellent place, excellent stay. Very worth the money.
