Wyżywienie we własnym zakresie dla 9osobowej rodziny. Siatki na oknach na wysokim parterze. Atrakcje w razie złej pogody (tenis stołowy w garażu i piłkarzyki pod dachem). Boisko do siatkówki. Klimatyzacja, szczególnie w kuchni). Zamykany oknami taras na wysokim parterze. 4 sprawne rowery. Bezpieczne parkowanie 3 samochodów na zamykanej posesji. Mnóstwo grzybów. w tym także borowików w pobliskich lasach i o dziwo także na terenie posesji oraz wiele innych atrakcji. Duża lodówka z dużą zamrażarką na parterze, ale także lodówka w kuchni.
