The property is spacious it was clean All appliances in the kitchen were working. The fridge freezer was excellent The double beds were comfortable and bed linen and towels were good quality

The house is in the middle of an estate which was somewhat of a rabbit warren although we could see the sea from upstairs it was difficult to navigate at first through the housing estate There were several maintenance issues both inside and outside the property which need to be addressed including towel rails & toilet roll holders coming away from the walls, very uncomfortable hard single beds, a small hole in the en-suite wall near the shower. Blunt knives in the kitchen only 3 glass tumblers and 3 teaspoons in the kitchen and outside garden furniture needed cleaning before it could be used. The garden also looked unkempt in need of weeding and a bit of TLC Small things most of which had been recorded in the visitors book.Both the refuse bins were full and smelly

Excellent location

No help from the host when we had no heating or hot water on arrival, had to contact Northumberland Cottages to get the problem sorted.

A very well equipped house. Everything was clean and comfortable.

3 out of the 4 guests were in their late 80's so a hand rail in the bath and a non slip base in the shower cubicle are really essential for safety. We had to be extremely careful.

Nice location Nice property comfortable and it had 3 toilets and nice welcome box and cleaning box

Tv could be bigger Shower okay and no seating outside
