The location is ideal, the sea views are stunning and the layout of the house works well. The built-in seats in the bay windows are great, along with two comfy chairs this makes the most of the bay windows. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable, with good pillows, sheets, quilts and blankets; the white bath towels are large and of very good quality. The overall cleanliness of the house is fine.

Neither the TV nor the tumble dryer works (the TV is spasmodic at best, the tumble dryer drum doesn't turn). The internet is sometimes not available or at the best sporadic in both of the back bedrooms. The back door is incredibly stiff and difficult to open. In the bedroom with ensuite the blinds are broken and not at all easy to access. The cupboard under the sink contains all the stuff left from the "welcome packs" and what other holiday makers have left behind. The location of several items is random (the iron is under the sink, whilst the ironing board is in another cupboard). The information file could be better organised, with explanations of where to find and "how to" guides for everything. e.g. Where are the bins? Given the price of the accommodation I would have expected more than one toilet roll in each bathroom, some shower gel, soap or bath gel. Finally, the "on street" parking is not always easy to find.
