The cottage was lovely, perfect for a couple with everything we needed, very pretty and quaint but with all modern features, as well as off roads parking and a lovely enclosed cottage garden. The owners left a lovely welcome pack with newly baked buns and cakes as well as all the essentials. The location is superb, quiet and tucked away but 50 yards from the village centre with a hotel/inn, a local pub and village shop, and good access to Embleton Beach which is stunning. Would definitely recommend and return.

Cosy, warm, fabulous duvet, yummy roomy shower, satisfying flush on the loo!, window seats, great location - short walk to the beach, well kitted out kitchen, helpful instructions at every turn, informative folder of places of interest, opportunity to write down birds spotted in the garden ( all would become clear should you stay at the house) a chest of draws with things to do in- loved that, books, jigsaws….i could go on. A perfect place really.
