There was a problem with the underfloor heating in the one bed cottage that we were due to stay in and we got offered a 2 bed cottage for the same price - boy did we fall on our feet. The Police Cottages are excellent. I loved the little utility area as you walked in and it was a perfect place for the muddy boots and coats. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge, bedrooms and ensuites were a great size for 2 adults and a deerhound. Definately stay again

We loved the location, so close to Embleton Bay and next to all the village amenities. The cottage was so comfortable and quiet and it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The preparation of the kitchen foil for cooking over the festive period was a nice touch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Loved 'the product'. Clean and immaculate accommodation throughout. Beds really comfy and the attention to detail was first class. We arrived on the 5th and apart from the public fireworks display somewhere in the village, on completion of that there were no other fireworks in Embleton. My daughters dog was so pleased !! The location is perfect for a short break and to explore the Northumberland coast. Everything you could possibly need is either on the doorstep or a short drive away. Embleton Bay is just stunning, wish we could have stayed longer.

The The cottage is like home from home, very spacious. Everything is provided for the perfect stay. We like that the cottage is carpeted rather than wooden floors and our little dog is happy because he hates walkin on wooden floors! Everyone is very friendly. The and the cottages are situated in a great location to visit places like the sandy beach down the road or Bamburgh Castle and plenty of other places of interest. We are already looking at dates for our next stay!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean cottage, near to the Beach and other attractions if you want them, home from home feeling the minute you step through thr door. A very convenient location - in village of Embleton and to explore Holy Island, Bamburgh and a number of other fantastic beaches.
