Spacious and cozy studio apartment with balcony

The location was great, the building was very quiet, never heard or hardly even saw another person in the entire apartment building the whole time I was there. Great view from the balcony. The apartment had everything i needed, good kitchen utensils and cookware, a handful of decent grocery stores nearby too. There’s a bus stop just a couple blocks away where you can catch either bus 54 or 37 and get to the city center very quickly, and the buses run every 10-15 minutes. Bendik was easy to communicate with and stayed up a little late to buzz me in when my flight was delayed, so I appreciated that.

The apartment is very cosy and comfortable, with proper furniture and kitchen equipments. Heating system works very efficiently. The view from the balcony is nice. When the weather is good you can sit outside and chill. There are big supermarkets like KIWI and Rema1000 where you can buy food and drinks in a short walking distance. There is a sushi shop just beside the apartment's parking place, the food is delicious, I strongly recommend (Sushi Rose) Bendik is a very kind and attentive host, he provided all the necessary information and replied all my question very fast. We had a rental car and he arranged us a parking lot in the apartment's private parking area. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The only missing thing was a hairdryer.

Es war alles da was man brauchte, der Schuhlöffel und, dass man die Couch als zweites Bett nutzen konnte. Da war der Gastgeber auch sehr engagiert und hat uns netterweise schonmal eine zweite Bettgarnitur hingelegt :)

Mit der Sauberkeit darf man es nicht zu genau nehmen. Essensreste unter dem Sofa, ein halb voller Kühlschrank oder gebrauchte Klamotten im Bad waren auf den zweiten Blick zu finden. Für uns persönlich eine zu persönliche Note. Auch gibt es keinen Tisch zum essen, man isst am Couchtisch, das war aber kein Problem.
