Dolce Vita Blue Boho, Premium Apartment with seaview

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the beach, and the view was lovely. We especially enjoyed the nice balcony. The city itself was also beautiful and a great experience to explore.

A few things could be improved. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were not very comfortable. Ventilation in the second bedroom and bathroom was limited, as the windows could not be opened. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, this made the rooms feel less fresh, and there were quite a few bugs in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was nice, well located, and we enjoyed both our stay and the city.

Красивая квартира, оформленная в морском стиле, выделяется среди всех предложений. Я специально искала апарты с двумя с/у, что особенно комфортно для большой семьи. Милена всегда была на связи и старалась помочь. Отдельное большое спасибо за то, что разрешили проживание с нашей маленькой собакой (пудель), это очень ценно! Самостоятельное заселение тоже было удобным. Территория комплекса ухоженная и приятная. До моря идти около 5 минут. В квартире было тихо по вечерам. Все необходимое было в пешей доступности - магазины, рестораны.

Квартира показалась немного меньше, чем ожидалось по фото. Если вы путешествуете на автомобиле, советую заранее уточнить условия парковки. На территории комплекса большинство мест закреплены за владельцами, а свободных мест рядом с апартаментами очень мало. Если они заняты, приходится искать парковку возле соседних комплексов, и автомобиль уже находится не рядом с апартаментами. Мы также не знали, что после подтверждения платного парковочного места оно резервируется и оплачивается сразу за весь период проживания, даже если впоследствии им не пользоваться. Было бы хорошо, если бы эта информация заранее оговаривалась более подробно

Lokalizacja

Apartment- nicely furnished, comfortable beds. Location- quiet. Beach- clean, fine sand, nice relaxing atmosphere with a few upscale bars and restaurants, next to the marina which is nice for walks. Trips nearby- from the marina you can take a 40 min water taxi to nessebar, 20 euros for two one way. Nessebar is lovely and more people speak english there.

Apartment- Smaller than on the pictures. Floors dirty right from the beginning, we had to wear slippers at all times. No dishwasher, no microwave, wifi sometimes not working. No toilet bleach, or cleaning products, no washing powder, only washing up liquid, no toiletries (there was little shower gel) No basics- sugar etc. There is a tea which expired in 2016. Only one bedroom has AC and only one has a blackout outside blinds, the other one is not black out as it has a balcony door on which there is only a white see through curtain so all the morning light streams in. There is a TV set in one of the bedrooms which doesnt work. Drainflies everywhere. You cant throw toilet paper in the toilet. Location- we had trouble finding it the first day, it is very badly signed. Not a beachfront, walk back from the beach is up the hill with quite a few steps. In case you misunderstand like i did- photos other than those of the apartment show beachfront views and interiors of some bars and restaurants on the beach, it has nothing to do with the aparment. I found this a bit deceiving but maybe i just misunderstood. There is nothing to do in sveti vlas (this is my fault for not making a proper research), except the beach and overpriced restaurants. We took a water taxi to nessebar, which is very pretty, and taxi to other places worth visiting- over one hour away. I am saying this for people who dont plan to rent a car. Beach- sea full of seawerd and algi; restaurants very expensive, with rude waiters, and some didnt even have english menus. Hardly anyone spoke english. Overall it is a nice place, but for us it was inconveniently far from the beach and from other places, as we didnt have a car. for that price i would expect at least basic cleaning stuff or toiletries, etc. This place is ok for a few nights but definitely not for 10 days, unless you have a car and want to spend hours getting to places other than the beach.
