The accommodation consists of a unit in a 3-story, family-run vacation home, located 300 meters from the sea and a 10-minute walk from the beach. It’s located in the Tschervenka villa community near Tschernomorec, 8 km from Sozopol and 28 km from Burgas. We rent out two separate units in the house. The first floor and the first floor (which we call Villa Sunrise) have separate entrances and their own outdoor area with a picnic table. On the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a triple bedroom. At your disposal are a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, TV, a small reading corner with books, an iron, and a hair dryer. On the first floor, there are 3 double rooms with balconies offering views of the sea, St. Ivan Island, and the Sozopol Peninsula. All rooms have their own bathroom. We rent out the second floor as a separate living unit with 6 beds and an independent entrance (listing No.5109563). If you need more rooms, you can rent the entire house (15 beds total, listing No. 2194588).
Wir We personally welcome and accommodate our guests, while observing the required social distancing and recommended safety measures. We live next door and are always available if you need help or would like to chat with the locals.
