Villaeleonora ΔΩΔΩΝΗ ΔΕΡΒΙΖΙΑΝΑ ΙΩΑΝΝΙΝΩΝ

We stayed on a farm owned by a friendly couple who were always willing to help. There were cats, dogs, chickens, and even goats there. Taking care of the animals kept the kids busy. Many treats were provided, including eggs, figs, homemade jam, and oregano. With books, toys, and even a guitar for the kids, the house was very traditional and family-oriented, and it was heated with wood they chopped themselves. It was authentic to experience rural Greek life in the mountains. Beautiful and quiet, it was a truly heartwarming place

It was quite isolated area. We planned to explore nature and cook at home. We had to drive to the big city for groceries since the locals grow their own food. There were excellent restaurants in the area. Often, Google Maps led us down dangerous off-roads because it didn't recognize the roads.
