The location is close to the Chalice Well Gardens and the high street. The beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. Nice garden. The kitchen is modern, clean and a large table seats 8

The stairs are very deep, for someone with limited mobility but theres a large downstairs bedroom.

Beautiful property, ideally situated, the property has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

size of living room. makes no sense huge bedrooms with tiny living room...for 8 guests. (old house renovated). we were left 5 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people for 3 nights !!!! we were left lengthy instructions on how to clean and empty garbages (including which day which kind of garbage !!!!!!! ..SERIOUSLY ! BUT WITH ONLY 2 GARBAGE BAGS. !!!!!!!!! i was sent emails almost every day (not exaggerating ) from mid February. Repeating stuff at length. Total nuisance! but WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT DIRECTLY TO ASK ABOUT EXTRA SHEETS IN ADVANCE FOR A 8TH GUEST WHO DECIDED TO JOIN US ..... NO RESPONSE!!!!! WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE DIRECTLY..OR GET ANY KIND OF RESPONSE AT ALL !!!!! clearly this place is being run by a COMPANY WITHOUT ANY HUMAN CONTACT POSSIBLE. I will never stay here again (I come to Glastonbury almost every year! ) I will discourage others to stay at any place where the guest cannot reach the owner or caretaker. There were no paper towels. Not enough toilet paper No extra towels....or extra pillowcase ONE KITCHEN TOWEL. BUT - LONG LONG EMAILS AND LIST ON SITE ON EXACTLY HOW TO CLEAN, EMPTY BINS ON WHICH DAYS... TOTAL INSULT. BUT THE GUEST HAS TO PAY IN ADVANCE...EVEN MONTHS IN ADVANCE.

An exceptionally well presented home, sympathetic to the buildings age, yet with every facility a group staying could hope for. The property was beautifully presented and really felt like a home away from home. The property is fantastically located in the heart of Glastonbury with all the amenities you could hope for a short walk away. A real unique selling point is that the property was dog friendly which is such an asset.

The group of friends staying and I could not fault the property. If there were a couple of small things, one would be that the bins and recycling were already near full from the beginning of our from a previous stay; appreciate somewhat at the mercy of bin day however. Secondly, the main door lock seems to stick, making entry via the main key difficult. It worked but at times it took a while.

The furniture could do with and update. Chairs in livingroom are really worn down ...

We loved the cottage that suits perfectly for us. We were seven people coming from Italy for the festival. . Everything was perfect, nice, comfortable , enchanting. The location and the logistics were perfect . Owner very gentle
