Comfortable apartment near the City Center

The apartment is cosy and comfortable, close to the city center with a few cafés and pubs in the close radius of 50-100 meters. Here you get the genuine vibe of the local life, as you're in a building where local people live. So you cross the common hallways, smell what they're cooking for lunch and say hi along the way. No fancy-pantsy. Also, if you're up for a jog in the morning, there's Mladen Stojanovic park nearby, with tarmac ring and open-air workout spaces. If you're up for genuine cevapi, there's a truly local place called Laguna 100 m from the apartment where you get a sized meal for 5 Euros.. Although the apartment does get a bit hot in the summer, the air conditioning works like a charm. Too bad it's only in one room, but we used the ventilator to get the cool air into the other ones. It's a great value for the money, though. Besides everying, I must also appreciate the host, who gave us detailed instruction and was very responsive and helpful.

Possibly the only downside is that it's on the 4th floor without an elevator. If you're there just as a couple, it's fine, but dragging kids' luggage up four flights of stairs is nobody's first choice. So be prepared. Also, the building hallway will give you a gloomy vibe, but have no worries, it's just the looks - it is most likely safer than anywhere you come from. Also, parking in Banja Luka in general is a subject to political shifts, so if you're coming by car, make sure you check if you need to pay or if it's for free at the moment of your stay. It can literally change from month to another. But the host is great and will definitely help you.

We had a great stay. The Apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s in a great spot, close to the city center. Petar was really good host and communication was quick and easy. Highly recommend 👌🏼
