Domaćin vanserijski korektan, precizan i sve po dogovru,
stoji na raspolaganju, dao nam je važne informacije o Banja Luci.
Stan je prostan i udoban. Pogodan za boravak četveročlane porodice.
Poseduje sve neophodno za duzi i kraći boravak (pored svega na raspolaganju su i dve daske za peglanje :) )
Ko želi sam da spema hranu kuhinja je opremljena kako svim uređajima tako i posuđem.
Kola smo parkirali na javnom parkingu koji se plaća 3,5 €/dan.
Subotom od 14h pa do ponedeljka u 7a.m. parking je besplatan.
Bio je vikend, bilo je mesta.
Radnim danima je teže naći slobodno mesto

- Excellent location within walking distance of the shopping mall.
- The room is sufficiently spacious and very clean.
- Parking is secured.
- The kitchen is well-equipped.
- The host was very kind and accommodating.
- As other reviewers mention, the twin beds are actually sofas and very hard. On the other hand, the double bed is comfortable, so it's recommended for couples.
- Cash payments are not preferred. Change issues may arise.
- The Wi-Fi was broken and unusable. This point necessitates lowering the rating by one level.
- Meeting the host directly to receive the key is inconvenient for both. Using a key box would make this more efficient.
- Communication with the host was only possible via Booking.com chat, which was inconvenient. Using WhatsApp or similar would allow for quicker, image-based communication and be more comfortable.
