fantastic staff and lovely hotel in city

We were 2 different families who travelled and check- in same day the only difference was we booked through Agoda and the other family booked through liseberg website package. We reached hotel at 12 pm and requested for early checkin which we had already requested while booking, but we were told to wait until the actual time 4pm for check in whereas the other family who booked through their website they were given the room at 1.30 pm the same time we again asked the reception for the room but they denied. Which Shows A Clear difference been created for different booking platforms. Then we assumed we are been given other floor so maybe cleaning is on going, but no we on the same floor of other family, Also moreover we were told our breakfast would be available in the area which is opp the reception , whereas the other family was given the breakfast area on the 8th floor, probably the rooftop restaurant which again shows difference. This is really counted as a bad impact of service.

Leave at least half of the day plus at least one evening free of different visits, museums, etc. Just stay at the hotel, and your children will find what to do leaving you for yourself.

Throughout our stay there was ongoing construction work that was was not told about before arrival. One member of staff on resection was rude and not very friendly. Apart from that the hotel is beautiful. Such a shame.
