L’annonce n’est pas conforme à la réalité : 5eme étage sans ascenseur non annoncé, on n’a pas l’impression d’être dans un 30 m2, le lit ne fait que 120 m de large, et les vues sur la ville sont en réalité sur une cour intérieure. Déménagement sur le même palier à 3h du matin avec utilisation d’un monte charge au bruit de moteur infernale collé à la cloison de la chambre
