The kitchen is good enough so that we can prepare our meals. The location is also strategic. SM City is just across the property. The room was clean when we arrived and the host is responsive to my chats. Thank you so much.

Very accesible

We liked the convenience of being close to the MyBus station which has a direct bus to the airport for a very reasonable price. The mall across the street was also convenient for shopping.

Just some small things would be a nice addition…a bathmat for the bathroom, a tea-towel in the kitchen, a light next to the bed and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. Otherwise, the place was comfortable and we enjoyed the view!

Location which is next to SM Reclamation

It took me quite a while to get internet access upon arrival, as there was no prior information provided regarding the WiFi password. I had to go up and down from the 23rd floor to the reception area three times trying to resolve the issue. The reception staff did their best to assist and helped me get in touch with the host. After multiple attempts and even requesting the receptionist to share his mobile data so I could contact the host directly, I finally received the password. I was later informed by the host that the WiFi password was available on Booking.com, but I was not aware of this and was not informed beforehand. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the host could simply post the WiFi password somewhere visible, such as next to the router.
