The location was perfect for us. A few minutes walk from the centre of Padstow so no crowds walking past the property. Small garden with excellent views. Property is clean and well furnished.

The location, the view and the parking were excellent. The facilities were very good and the house was clean. It was hot weather and the house was cool with a through breeze, although we did take our own electric fan.
The seating in the garden was uncomfortable, but hard wooden picnic tables seem to be the default furniture in Cornwall, (I have a bad back). Our dog didn't like the gravel in the back - he likes grass or sand for a bathroom!

The property is very well equipped, clean and comfortable and suited our needs well. The fact that there was parking with the property was very important. It is also walkable from the town centre, about 10 minutes uphill but the views are great.
The quilts on the bed were extremely light tog for time of year but we did manage to find some heavier ones. There was a lot of instructions regarding the property send via e-mail after booking and prior to our visit.
