Location, ambience, nice furnishings
No air conditioning. Needs better ceiling and pedestal fans to make up for lack of a/c. Only a double bed in 2nd bedroom. A queen or 2 king singles much more practical

The space the views and location.
The beds were uncomfortable. Second bedroom had a double bed that squeaked. Pillows were flat. Spare blankets smelled. No aircon or ceiling fans in lounge room or dining room.
