Vynikající lokalita, pokud jste zvyklí na normální komfort. Ubytování proběhlo bez problémů. Skvělá komunikace. Ideální startovací pozice do centra i na večerní procházky. Kousek od metra i autobusu.
Velké množství krys v sousedním domě, avšak to nijak nezasahovalo do našeho pohodlí. Někomu by to mohlo vadit. Ale není to chyba toho kdo nás ubytovával.

La taille du logement, le confort des lits. Une des 2 salles de bains a une baignoire. L'accueil chaleureux par l'hôte, même tardif. Ce n'est pas une boite à clé.
Le bruit de la rue, même fenêtres fermées : il est très important toute la nuit (ruelle en montée, avec pavés, scooters, police...), donc très difficile de dormir. Nous n'avons pu rester qu'une seule nuit. L'éclairage, très froid. Pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café avec capsules.
