Gostei da localização e em geral o apartamento estava em bom estado para usufruir da estadia.
Em geral estava tudo limpo e arrumado. Mas á pontos a melhorar na limpeza e manutenção. As máquinas de lavar e secar têm falta de limpeza manutenção. Assim como o chuveiro e sanita. A máquina de café não funcionava. Assim como o sofá tem que ter uma intervenção profunda de limpeza.

L'únic positiu que té aquest lloc és la proximitat a la platja i les postes de sol fantàstiques de la zona. També és fàcil aparcar a prop, i s'agraeix el pàrquing soterrani de l'edifici, tot i que és estret i un laberint de columnes i en el nostre cas, era millor aparcar a fora. També ha estat útil disposar de rentadora i secadora. Està ben ubicat per descobrir les platges de la zona
fa pudor de claveguera permanentment. La neteja és pèssima i el manteniment molt millorable: endolls que no funcionen, electrodomèstics obsolets, paelles gastades i alguna no apte per la vitro, ni un trist drap de cuina o drap humit per poder netejar. Un llarg etcètera de manca de higiene i manteniment. La taula per menjar és a la cuina i, tot i que l'apartament té capacitat per 4, només hi ha 3 cadires, així que vam estar força incòmodes en els àpats, ja que érem 2 adults i 2 nens...
