Apartment sunny beach

Die Wohnung haben wir super sauber angetroffen, auch die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit Patricia lief reibungslos! Zum Surfstrand sind es etwa 300m, also Bord unterm Arm und rüber, sehr praktisch. Das nächste Restaurant und Surfcafé sind etwa 500 m weiter! Essen genießbar, aber schlechter Service! Da wir in den Herbstferien dort waren, außerhalb der Saison, zur Surfweltmeisterschaft, glich diese Urbanización eher einer Geisterstadt. Alles nur Ferienwohnungen oder leerstehende Wohnungen. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte eine Sanierung nötig. Zudem war es jetzt im Herbst abends wirklich kalt und nur im Wohnzimmer ist ein Elektrokamin, er wärmte schnell, aber in der Küche ist keine Heizung! Die Küchenutensilien müssten auch mal aufgefrischt und erneuert werden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, allerdings ist in dem 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster 😕�. Die Terassenmöbel hätten es notwendig ausgetauscht zu werden! Trotzdem hatten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub und haben es uns abends im Wohnzimmer vor dem Kamin gemütlich gemacht!

appartement idéalement placé à 2 pas de la plage, lumineux, très propre avec une terrasse spacieuse. Tout le confort y est comme indiqué. Literie au top, le linge sent bon ce qui rend le tout encore plus agréable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié cet appartement que je relouerai dès que je reviendrais sur peniche. Merci encore à Patricia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Tout était parfait. À bientôt sur Péniche.

Worked well for two adults and two teenagers who shared the second bedroom all with comfortable beds. Plenty of cupboard space with as many wooden coathangers as you could ever need. Also enough glasses and crockery to do at least a couple of meals before switching on the dishwasher. On demand hot water produced excellent showers and plenty for washing up though not both at once!The ground floor location means that its possible to hop over the veranda wall and so have the opportunity to wash feet off before entering the property and it does catch the sun in the afternoon.About a 25 minute walk to the Pingo Doce supermarket and the towns bus station which will take you to Lisbon, Obidos and Caldes de Rainha (on returning from the latter two you may ask the bus driver to drop you on the main road) and just 5 minutes from the beach, 10 from the water park and 20 to Supertubos beach.The nearby swimming pool and tennis courts (only one in operation and with a poor net) are available for a small charge from Sharks Lodge - suggest you contact direct to get details of prices and availability.An attentive host and local representative made it an enjoyable stay.
