Konum açısından çok iyi. Almatı Merkezde. Panpilov parka, kökpazar yürüme mesafesinde. Çevresinde daimi açık restoran ve marketler var. Çevre çok aktif. Avm yakın. Metro yakın. Ulaşım sıkıntısı yok.
Banyoda doğru düzgün bir şampuan yok. Saç kurutma makinesi çok yetersiz. Mutfak salon arası bar tabureleri arka yaslanma yeri yok ve çok rahatsız. Mutfaktaki bardaklar çok pis duruyor. Hijyen biraz sıkıntı. Şampuan, otel terliği, saç kurutma makinesi yanınıza alın yoksa sıkıntı. Ütü var fena değil ama ütü masası yok. Mutfaktaki masa üzerinde yapılabilir

Nothing much
Old property, no lift , it's on back side of main building and have to take stairs with heavy bags to reach to main door and then stairs to reach second floor.. leaking bathroom floor has caused damage to the roof below.. empty shower gel, no shampoo
