The location was fantastic. The fact that there were 7 rooms was ideal for our group The communication was good with the team even though they didn’t always give us what we wanted effortlessly was made and communication was swift. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (apart from draining board) Table was a good size for our group of 9 would have struggled for 16

The cleaning was not great. The dust on the floor was terrible . To the point that if you sat on the bed and let your slippers touch the sheets there were marks left. The hot water was temperamental we were a group of 9 and struggled. I can’t imagine what it would be like with 16 guests! The number of toilets/bathrooms is too few for full capacity No draining board in kitchen Only 1 key which meant we couldn’t lock the door unless everyone was back of an evening (there was a lock box but as there was only one key you couldn’t put the key in it once the door was locked from inside meaning the door was unlocked with us sleeping whilst we waited for the final ppl to come home

Apartamento amplio para toda la familia

Había muchas arañas que se colaban desde el techo y a algunos niños les daba miedo. A mi me picó una y llevo más de una semana de médicos , con la pierna inchada. Espero no mutar como spiderman. Espero que tomen medidas para acabar con esa plaga.
