Overall is a nice stay in this apartment. It is quiet area.

The living area connected with the kitchen was convenient, the apartment is interestingly half underground, I get to say hello with dogs passing by which is cute. There were only few stairs to the apartment which is easy access for my mom with bad knees. Many bathrooms also nice. Closed walk to baetille for nice bars and restaurants.

One of the room has molds, we didn’t use that room, there was no kitchen towels for the dishes.

Damp and mouldy Generally dirty. floor was sticky fruit flies at the entrance only 2 toilets for so many people the ad deceptively spoke only about the number of bathrooms Perverts in the bushes at night so had to close all the curtains

Excellent location, suitable for a larger group, which is rare in central Paris, spacious appartment

The location is very good. Parts of the city center are in walking distance. The apartment is also spacious and good for a big group like ours.

One of the two toilets broke and would only be fixed after our stay, not the fault of the host since handymen are not available during the weekend, but it was an annoyance. Just one toilet for a large groups of more than 10 people is a bit limiting. The registration process was quite cumbersome, at the end it all worked out but required a lot of communication.

We enjoyed the stay

The location is very good, easy to reach shops and the city center by foot. The host responded quickly to emails about issues.

One of the two toilets leaked and we had to stop using it. One toilet for 12 people is a bit difficult. Also fulfilling all the requirements to get everybody registered is a bit cumbersome.

Where do I start. Not the apartment that matches the pics Missing curtains in 3 x rooms means no sleep No air con... can't call it luxury like the company does.... Pics make it look bigger. Small living area for 7 bedrooms of people No dishwasher and tiny kitchen Don't stay here. Bad company using booking.com. When contacting them to fix curtains....said they didn't believe us despite sending them pictures etc. Then never got back to us. Booking.com was better to deal with bit this group is not.

Había muchas arañas que se colaban desde el techo y a algunos niños les daba miedo. A mi me picó una y llevo más de una semana de médicos , con la pierna inchada. Espero no mutar como spiderman. Espero que tomen medidas para acabar con esa plaga.

Een goed groepsverblijf voor die prijs, maar met enkele kleine mankementjes.

Veel ruimte, grote tv, alles aanwezig, goed bereikbaar. Zo goed als alle streamingsdiensten waren toegankelijk om de tv. De bedden waren aangenaam en de badkamers waar het warme water werkte waren proper en groot genoeg.

Er was veel schimmel in een bepaalde kamer. De ramen in de living konden niet deftig dicht waardoor het heel koud was. De douche in de achterste badkamer gaf enkel koud water, en in een andere kamer kwam het behang van de muren.

Prima verblijf met goede ligging voor grote groep, beperkte hygiëne.

Goede ligging, moderne inrichting, fijn voor grote groepen en/of families.

Er was helaas veel schimmel aanwezig in de ruimtes, waaronder bij de raamkozijnen. Ook hebben we de ramen bewust niet opengezet vanwege de hoge ligging in een plantsoen waar veel honden en/of andere dieren langsliepen (en plaste etc.) + de tentjes met zwervers rondom het appartement.

Appartement en sous-sol. Le samedi c’était bruyant (il y avait une fête à côté). Finitions qui laissent à désirer. Joints salle de bain noircis par exemple.

Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere se si è in gruppo

L’appartamento è molto grande e spazioso camere molto comode, 1 bagno completo e 2 con doccia e lavabo e 1 con wc. Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro del Marais.

Le tende nelle camere non coprivano bene le finestre quindi entrava la luce al mattino.
