Good value and San blas is a fun neighborhood
Cars can’t get to the property so you do have some steps in altitude, but that’s common almost anywhere in San Blas

Nice terrace and quiet area.
The hotel is very cold, both the room and the terrace (where you have breakfast in the morning). There is no hot water (barely lukewarm). The breakfast was inconsistent (sometime 2 slice of ham, sometimes 1, sometimes juice, sometimes none). I think it’s okay for one night but no more and not if you need comfort.
