Nice Large ppty. Plenty of room for either Group or individual time. LARGE kitchen that is well-equipped. Outside space is Amazing. You could really spend ALL your time in the yard and it would be Lovely. Plenty of Snuggly blankets, pillows, and furniture here. Two washers and dryers in the garage for you to use. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac, and grocery is only about 1 mile away. Easy access to the freeway to get downtown or to the Strip.
Downstairs bathroom was nicer than the master bath. Also, if you are upstairs the only bathroom is in the master suite. Stairs down to the back yard are a little steep, and that's the only way to get outside. Front entryway is a little tight, especially with luggage. It's a split level house, which i didn't get from the listing description... so you have to be okay with lots of stairs when you stay here, there is no "main floor" it's either UP or DOWN.
